Rules & Regulations

 "THE EDUCATION HUB" basic object is to spread Knowledge and skills to produce intellectual Youth. 

1. All students must reach their classrooms on time. Leaving the class during lecture hours without prior permission from the concerned teacher is strictly prohibited.

2. The institute maintains a strict dress code.

3. Girl students are not allowed to wear makeup, jewelry, or similar accessories.

4. Boy students are prohibited from wearing chains, rings, or any ornamental items.

5. Vulgar, indecent, or inappropriate dressing is strictly forbidden for all students under any circumstances.

6. Attendance in all weekly, monthly, and annual tests/examinations is mandatory. Students who abstain without valid reasons shall face strict disciplinary action.

7. Monthly fees must be submitted on or before the 10th of each month. Late fee submission may result in penalties or other disciplinary measures.

8. Students must show due respect, obedience, and courteous behavior toward all teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and the managing authorities. Any act of disrespect or misconduct will be considered serious indiscipline.

9. Smoking, chewing tobacco, or use of any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited within the institute premises.

10. Students may carry mobile phones only with the prior permission of the administration. However, the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during class hours or within classrooms. Any violation will result in disciplinary action.

11. Participation in political, organizational, or unauthorized group activities within the institute premises is strictly banned.

12. The institute is an eco-friendly campus. Students must not litter or throw plastic, paper, or any waste inside classrooms or on the premises. Cleanliness must be maintained at all times.

13. Any form of bullying, harassment, abusive language, or physical misconduct will lead to immediate disciplinary action.

14. Damage to institute property, furniture, or equipment will result in heavy fines and strict punishment.

15. Students must maintain silence, discipline, and proper decorum during class hours, examinations, and official events.

16. Use of unfair means in tests or examinations is a serious offense and will be dealt with according to institute policy.

17. Students are expected to uphold the reputation and dignity of the institute both inside and outside the campus.

18. The management reserves the right to amend or add to these rules when necessary in the interest of discipline.

طلباء کے اصول و ضوابط

1. تمام طلباء کو اپنے کلاس روم میں وقت پر پہنچنا چاہیے ۔ لیکچر کے اوقات کے دوران متعلقه استاد کی پیشگی اجازت کے بغیر کلاس سے نکلنا سختی سے منع ہے ۔

2. طلباء کو سخت ڈریس کوڈ برقرار رکھنا چاہیے ۔

3. طالبات کو میک اپ ، زیورات یا اسی طرح کے لوازمات پہننے کی اجازت نہیں ہے ۔

4. طلبا کو زنجیروں ، انگوٹھیوں یا کوئی آرائشی اشیاء پہننے سے منع کیا گیا ہے ۔

5. بدصورت ، غیر مہذب ، یا نامناسب لباس پہننا تمام طلبا کے لیے کسی بھی حالت میں سختی سے منع ہے ۔

6. تمام ہفتہ وار ، ماہانہ اور سالانہ ٹیسٹ/امتحانات میں حاضری لازمی ہے ۔ جائز وجوہات کے بغیر غیر حاضر رہنے والے طلبا کو سخت تادیبی کارروائی کا سامنا کرنا پڑے گا ۔

7. ماہانہ فیس ہر مہینے کی 10 تاریخ کو یا اس سے پہلے جمع کرائی جانی چاہیے ۔ دیر سے فیس جمع کرانے کے نتیجے میں جرمانے یا دیگر تادیبی اقدامات ہو سکتے ہیں ۔

8. طلباء کو تمام تدریسی عملے ، غیر تدریسی عملے اور انتظامی حکام کے تئیں مناسب احترام ، اطاعت اور شائستہ رویے کا مظاہرہ کرنا چاہیے ۔ بے عزتی یا بدانتظامی کے کسی بھی عمل کو سنگین بے ضابطگی سمجھا جائے گا ۔

9. انسٹی ٹیوٹ کے احاطے میں تمباکو نوشی ، تمباکو چبانا ، یا کسی بھی نشہ آور چیز کا استعمال سختی سے ممنوع ہے ۔

10. طلباء صرف انتظامیہ کی پیشگی اجازت سے ہی موبائل فون لا سکتے ہیں ۔ تاہم ، کلاس کے اوقات کے دوران یا کلاس روم کے اندر موبائل فون کا استعمال سختی سے ممنوع ہے ۔ کسی بھی خلاف ورزی کے نتیجے میں تادیبی کارروائی کی جائے گی ۔

11. انسٹی ٹیوٹ کے احاطے کے اندر سیاسی ، تنظیمی ، یا غیر مجاز گروپ کی سرگرمیوں میں شرکت پر سختی سے پابندی ہے ۔

12. انسٹی ٹیوٹ ایک ماحول دوست کیمپس ہے ۔ طلباء کو کلاس روم کے اندر یا احاطے میں کچرا یا پلاسٹک ، کاغذ یا کوئی فضلہ نہیں پھینکنا چاہیے ۔ صفائی کو ہر وقت برقرار رکھنا چاہیے ۔

13. کسی بھی قسم کی غنڈہ گردی ، ہراساں کرنا ، گالی گلوچ ، یا جسمانی بدانتظامی فوری تادیبی کارروائی کا باعث بنے گی ۔

14. انسٹی ٹیوٹ کی جائیداد ، فرنیچر ، یا آلات کو پہنچنے والے نقصان کے نتیجے میں بھاری جرمانے اور سخت سزا ہوگی ۔

15. طلباء کو کلاس کے اوقات ، امتحانات اور سرکاری تقریبات کے دوران خاموشی ، نظم و ضبط اور مناسب نظم و ضبط برقرار رکھنا چاہیے ۔

16. ٹیسٹ یا امتحانات میں غیر منصفانہ ذرائع کا استعمال ایک سنگین جرم ہے اور اس سے انسٹی ٹیوٹ کی پالیسی کے مطابق نمٹا جائے گا ۔

17. طلباء سے توقع کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ کیمپس کے اندر اور باہر انسٹی ٹیوٹ کی ساکھ اور وقار کو برقرار رکھیں ۔

18. انتظامیہ نظم و ضبط کے مفاد میں ضرورت پڑنے پر ان قواعد میں ترمیم یا اضافہ کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے ۔

Any society has to delegate the responsibility to maintain a certain kind of order. Enforcing regulations, making sure people stop at stoplights. We can’t function as a society without rules and regulations, and the enforcement mechanism of those rules and regulations.
